We believe that our jewellery is a timeless keepsake you will cherish forever, which is why we are always happy to repair your jewellery for free (besides postage). 

Please put a note at checkout or a note in your package with what issues you are having with your jewellery and make sure all your name and delivery details are correct and also attached to your damaged item when you send it. Post it to:
